Manifest your footprint for the future as a "Closed Loop & Control Engineer" (m/f/d).
Your future tasks:
We at BHS want to reach the next level in software development using agile development, DevOps, deployment management, etc. to improve our processes and culture. Be there from the very beginning and help shape it!
Your future tasks are:
- The central point of contact for complex control systems design
- Developing of PID and other control strategies in close cooperation with our software developers
- Introduction of new methods to optimize start-up of real or digital prototypes
- Build up (programming of) standardized controls library in PLC`s / embedded systems
- Cooperation with PLC / embedded PC programmers for optimized interfaces / modules
- Simulation of the real behavior of controlled systems
- Use of simulations tool e.g. MATLAB Simulink and establish a future workflow in development projects
Your personal skills are:
- Studies of applied physics/mathematics, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or similar education
- Experience in setup and solving differential equations (analytic and numerical) would be perfect
- Knowledge in PLC`s programming (S7, Simotion, Codesys or TIA Portal) and also embedded systems (C, C++, C# or similar)
- Professional experience in closed-loop systems in special machinery is mandatory
- knowledge in the use of Matlab Simulink
- high physical understanding
- experience in communication technologies (Profinet, Ethernet)
- structured, self-reliant working methods
- Collaborative skills and high self-motivation
- Good English knowledge
