Complete ownership of the position closures through conventional and non-conventional sources
Adhere to the process in fulfilling the recruitment cycle with the company standards
Handle the team and coordinate with the team to achieve the target. Follow-up with candidates and client end to end coordination
Ensuring maximum information is extracted from the client on the new job descriptions
Getting the feedback on the profiles sent
Providing information to client, taken from the candidates as feedback and the post interview question.
Follow up with the clients on a daily basis to know the interview results/status
Co-ordinate with internal accounts team for invoice preparation & follow up with the clients for payment clearance of the same
Must possess knowledge or understanding of Recruitment life cycle
Usage of various job portals / websites
Experience into Recruitment in Non-IT and should have worked for all the levels.
Should have a team handling role
