Description
The Sales Manager is assigned with the responsibility of developing and managing the network of Auto aftermarket Distributors, Car Detailing Franchises and Car wrapping design studios across India for auto aftermarket products like Paint protection film, Car wrapping films and related products.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, TP% and collection targets by expanding the number of footprints by developing current and new customers

- Responsible for analysis and appointment as well as strengthening of primary/secondary channel.

- Lead and opportunity pipeline management through SFDC

- Market & competitors analysis and update of insights to the management on a regular basis.

- Work on short and long term business plans in consultation with the reporting manager.


- Monthly Sales forecasting for active inventory planning & anticipate unfavourable variance in sales and provide inputs and follow-up actions to prevent/close the gap.


Relationship Management:
- Response to the customers and market, coordination with customer service, supply chain, logistics, finance, marcom, technical, quality and product marketing team to handle customers queries and support them on time.

- Initiate and develop a strong network of wrapping film & paint protection film installers by training and driving the certified installer program in the assigned geography or region.


- Strives to maximise customer satisfaction & creates a quality reputation for the company in the marketplace.


Profile
- Experience range 8-12 years of sales/business development experience with a proven successful track record in the Auto aftermarket industry & expansion of network (channels/retailers etc.). Industry preference - abrasives, Lubes, refinish paint, tapes, ceramic coating, aftermarket consumables

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills including presentations and face-to-face communications at all levels.


- Readiness to travel extensively as per business need across India.


- Analytical & articulating skills, ability of multitasking & handling the management expectations


- Persistent, structured in approach and disciplined to the process of the organisation.


- Should be proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.


- Excellent verbal - written communication & interpersonal skills. Knowledge of English, Hindi & regional language.


- Ability to work in a fast paced environment & able to keep pace with growth expectations.

- Self-motivated, adaptable & Self-starter who delivers with minimum supervision.
