We are having opening for Customer Service Representative Jewelry Shop in Dubai
Job Title : CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Department : STORES / RETAIL SALES
Reporting Authority : STORE INCHARGE / ASST.INCHARGE
Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. The role will be primarily involved in customer interaction, understanding the customer requirements and showing various designs and jewellery items that suites the requirement, budget and taste of the customers.
2. Would also be involved in generating sales and achieving the monthly sales and Old Gold purchase targets.
3. Maintaining the stock, ensuring that the stocks are displayed properly and also managing the visual merchandizing.
4. Coordinating with the branch in-charges in stock counting, stock transfer, maintain proper inventory of the stocks and any new stock purchase.
5. Should be taking responsibility in Old Gold purchase and reinsuring with the respective in-charge before purchasing the Old Gold from the customers.
6. Deliver sales service in a professional, prompt and friendly manner.
7. Any other duties assigned by the superior that are directly or indirectly associated with this role.
Job Specification:-
1. Candidate should have at least two years experience in retail industry preferably in jewellery industry.
2. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills required.
3. Good in English and Hindi communication. Knowledge of languages like Arabic, French and Spanish would be an added advantage.
4. Should be a multitasker and willing to work long hours.
5. Should have passion for sales, eagerness to learn and mental toughness to work under pressure.
6. Should not have any physical disability, or those who have undergone major surgeries in recent times should not be considered.
7. Should be willing to work on weekends, public holidays and retail hours.
8. Should not be addicted to alcohol, cigarette and drugs.
9. Both male and female candidates between 23 to 35 years are eligible to apply.
10. Should have a valid passport.
Benefits :- Free bachelor accommodation, food 3 times, Leave fare allowance after completion of 2 years visa 2400 AED (or 2 basic salary whichever is higher), free employment visa, initial ticket reimbursement after 2 years of visa completion 1000 AED, medical insurance, free laundry and uniform and shoes. Balance Sick leave encashment and also gratuity to be given after completion of 2 years of visa.
Additional earnings :- Monthly incentives based on sales performance (Eligible after 2 months of joining) and Old gold purchase incentives, quarterly beauty parlour allowance (for the female employees).
Salary : AED 1500 to 1800 per month
Experience : 2-10 years
Qualification : Any Graduate or undergraduate Tenure of Visa : 2 years (Renewable) Employment Status : Full time
