Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle international voice process calls with excellent communication skills.
• Offer product solutions and services to customers based on their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
