Senior Business Operations Manager, SaaS @ Altisource

• Lead and manage operations team across India and Uruguay

• Manage client onboarding, service delivery and escalations

• Plan and administer annual oversight schedule for vendors of clients

• Responsible for quality targets in both voice and document review process.

• Assist client and CSLs in preparing a customized oversight plan

• Responsible for reporting for clients and leadership

• Collaborate with product team on product roadmap, review, and testing

• Collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure business unit compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

• Manage business continuity program for the product

• Manage invoicing process and revenue recognition. Provide necessary information to the finance team for forecasting and budgeting.

• Manage SOPs, Job aids and ensure compliance with the procedures

• Perform detailed review of the risk questionnaires and financial statements received from third parties.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

• Prior third party risk management or audit experience

• Experience with managing operations and leading team

• Strong relationship management experience

• Attention to detail

• Have excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills

• 5-10 years of related experience
