Roles and Responsibilities
1. Actively generate leads through various networking, cold calling, social media and attending exhibitions.
2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
3. Address client queries and concerns. Understand and develop reports on customer requirements.
4. Setup meeting with clients and represent the company and its products.
5. Work closely with other team members to provide accurate quotes, products and reports to clients.
6. Finalize sales negotiations with clients.
7. Liaison between the customer and production team from start of an order to the end.
8. Communicate with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
9. Follow up on collection of payments and purchase orders.
10. Conduct analysis on the pricing and quality of our competitors.
11. Generate sales reports to track the effectiveness of current sales tactics.
