Job Description

We are looking for a candidate urgently for handling end to end recruitment process.

Designation: Recruitment Executive/BDM (Business Development Manager)

JD:

Handling end to end Non - IT recruitment activities

Sourcing the candidates in job portals

Headhunting/Closing the positions through references and through social medias

Interviewing shortlisting the candidates

Coordinating with companies/clients' HR/Recruitment Managers

Interview Co-ordinations

Business Development

Database Management

Invoice processing payment follow ups etc.

Requirements:

Graduate/MBA with minimum 1 to 5 years hands on experience in end to end Non - IT recruitment field.
