Roles and Responsibilities
To achieve the target sales and profitability, establish an environment & foundation for future sales growth.
- Direct the selling activities within the area, inclusive of resource deployment and dealer/agent interaction, and prioritize effectively in accordance with corporate objectives.
- Responsible for area forecast & sales tracking.
- Set the vision for the Area, develop & adhere to the business plan to attain this vision.
- Appoint new Agents & dealers.
- Any other special projects as assigned.
- Plan periodic visits to dealers/agents & resolve their issues.
- Monitor monthly sales plan.
- Conducting market analysis. Acquiring information about competitors & competitor products.
- Create a plan to maximize the efficiency of their sales force.
- Consulting & collaborating with seniors & proactively reviewing the outcomes of the company's sales efforts.
