Working Days/ Hrs Monday to Friday 10.00 AM-07.00 PM All Saturday are half day till 3.00 PM

Experience in end-to-endrecruitmentfrom planning, implementation ofrecruitmentstrategy based

onclient'sneeds.

Screeningappropriatecandidatesbyusingsocialnetworkingsites,scanningtheresumesforproper

skills with initialtechnicaland project questions making sure they are eligible for the requirement.

Involved in fullrecruitmentlife cycle from start to end with proficiency in Applicant

Work and build strong relationships withHiringManagers by consistently providingrecruitingupdates in a timely manner to ensurehiringrequirements are met and understand the predictive impact of appliedstrategies.

Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, peers within therecruitingorganization and within

partner organizations, in addition to clientHRpartners.
