Overview
At Cyara we make software that enables the worlds most recognised brands, including Macys, NAB, ATO, Starbucks, Sky, Airbnb, and Bank of America discover, test, and monitor their Customer Experience for the contact centre. Youll be part of a global team that is customer-obsessed, has a great team-centric culture, and values innovative thinking.
About the Role
As a part of Cyara team you would be working to create different tools, simulators and frameworks to support deliver on-premises and SaaS releases. Also, you would be working with the DevOps team to write tools and scripts, that can expedite the testing process.
What you will Do?
Mandatory Skills
- Develop simulators that will use protocols such as SIP, RTP, RTCP, ProtoBuf
- Develop tools/scripts to automate mundane manual tasks to help accelerate team velocity
- Analyse production data to come up with innovative ways of replicating production scenarios in an automated test environment
- Smart, self-starter, quick learner, with excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Experience with .NET Technologies (.NET Core is a plus)
- Experience with OOP, preferably C# and/or C++, and JavaScript
- Experience with several scripting technologies and command-line tools (e.g. bash, PowerShell, Python, Perl, grep, awk)
- Good understanding of databases, preferably experience with Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Team player, familiar with Agile methodologies
- Experience using microservices architectures
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and practice
