Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager (4D), Digital Project Coordinator / Account Coordinator

This is the ideal role for a high caliber marketing professional with significant success in digital campaign management and fulfillment who is looking to join a growing, fast paced digital business. As a Digital Project Coordinator/Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of platforms for several assigned markets. This role is focused on post sales fulfillment from digital order entry, working with sales teams to gather assets and work with fulfillment teams to launch and run campaigns across a wide range of platforms including display, email, social, SEM, SEO and more. Your #1 responsibility is the successful launch of your seller s digital campaigns. Responsibilities also include optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple products and systems, processing digital sales orders, uploading creative, and monitoring performance data to make sure campaigns are running properly and delivering based on client objectives.
Responsibilities


Account Management: Work with Account Executives (AEs), sellers and clients to understand their needs, and communicate client expectations to the fulfilment and trafficking team.
Stakeholder Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with sales teams and fulfilment teams across several assigned markets to ensure that client campaign execution and performance meets or exceeds standards.
Digital Project Management or Operations Management: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling several campaigns, sellers, clients, and markets at one time while tracking timelines/due dates for campaign deliverables, launches and/or revisions. Manage Programmatic Advertisement Operations (AdOps) for clients across following activities:
o Order Entry, Execution and Fulfilment: Review all orders to check if they have been coded correctly for various billing and fulfillment systems. Make any necessary changes or fixes to the orders and then ready them for approval.
o Continuity with Production: Ensure all digital campaigns are moving through fulfillment process between teams while meeting necessary timelines for client orders.
o Maintain working knowledge of digital inventory: Understand the current and projected sellout levels of the Ad platform (Homepage Takeovers, Streaming, Podcasts, Display, Sponsorships, and more).
o Campaign execution & Fulfillment: Manage online advertising campaigns using Google Ad Manager, Triton Ad Platform, Amperwave, and other ad serving platforms.
o Billing & Invoicing: Assist with ongoing and month end campaign/order reconciliation to verify delivery against monthly billing amount.
o Campaign Monitoring: Monitor Campaigns to ensure all campaigns are hitting the agreed upon goals during their flights. Adjust as appropriate. Alert appropriate parties of any anticipated problems and be prepared with suggested solutions and make optimization recommendations.
o Campaign Reporting: At month end and/or campaign end, prepare performance reporting for digital campaigns and provide results to Account Executive.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Experience in managing large team and managing operations at scale
Excellent verbal and written communication
Domain knowledge and experience in online/digital marketing operations, preferably mass marketing operations or programmatic advertisement operations
Hands-on experience in using MS Excel and MS Word
Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, has an ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks, thrives in a fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment
Strong data handling and data entry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must work well in a team environment and be self-motivated
Professional demeanor; comfortable presenting to and interacting directly with clients
Demonstrates ability to successfully collaborate with various team across the company
Comfortable working with ambiguity and is able to prioritize accordingly

Preferred qualifications
Experience in leading team and managing programmatic advertisement operations at scale, across one or more of the following:
o Building Media Plans and Obtaining Avails
o Order Management Order Entry, Order Review and Approval, Order Execution and Fulfillment
o Campaign Execution and Campaign Optimization
o Campaign Reporting
o Invoicing and Billing
Experience in one or more of the following tools would be an added advantage but would not be a limitation
o Salesforce (SFDC)
o Zendesk, Jotform
o TapClicks
o WideOrbit
o Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Ad Network like Megaphone and Triton, Ad Platform like Gimbal
