Description of the process:- organization provides litigation support services to top debt collection law firms in US. Legal team to provide end-to-end litigation solutions and services to its primary client and mission to achieve excellence in legal services.
Roles/Tasks to be performed by the associate:- Process analysis, following instructions from supervisor, creating SOPs and training materials.
Completing assignments given by the Supervisor within given timelines. Supporting active transitions and stabilization of newly transitioned clients/processes. Identify areas of improvement and work with multiple stakeholders to implement approved changes.

Strong written and verbal skills, Analytical Email
Have good flair in business/technical writing
Should have good interpretation skills
Should have computer operating skills with good typing speed
Will be engaged in taking client training, and creating and changing Standard Operating Procedures based on inputs
Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Should possess strong work ethics, be a team player and reliable
Should be able to pay attention to detail and same should reflect in the output produced
Should possess the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and get assigned work done in stipulated time
Should be proactive in approach and able to work with minimal supervision
Should be a quick learner and problem solver
Knowledge of Visio and/or coral draw or other design software will be an added advantage.
They are client-facing and will work with knowledge transfer and transitions and can get into effective conversation with the client-side resources in capturing process and preparing SOPs through video/zoom conferences.
The person should be eager to learn a detailed understanding of the functionality needed for the role.
Shift Timings:- Night shift (6:00 pm to 3:30 am)
Salary:- From 4LPA to 5LPA
