Job Description

• Handling end to end recruitment process.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand position profile and overall requirements. (Job Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
• Achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines
• Identifying prospective candidates through creative sourcing methods like Job Portals Monster, Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn Etc.
• Personal Reference, Networking, Employee Referral, SMS, and Headhunting etc.
• Interacting with the candidates to ensure the suitability and interest for the requirement.
• Scheduling Interviews and giving proper feedback about the shortlisted and rejected profiles to candidates.
• Experienced in all aspects of Recruitment, such as Requirement Analysis, Sourcing, Interviewing.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
