Job Description
Your Role:
As the Technical Lead, you will oversee the companys technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.
Your duties fall broadly into the following categories:
- Leading the organisation in terms of technology.
- Contributing to smooth business operations.
- Contributing to excellent customer relations, the success of our clients projects and our customers.
- Contributing to the development of Axioneds services, expertise, quality processes and financial success
About You:
- Be a persistent, creative problem solver.

- Great teamwork and interpersonal skills (up, down, peers, cross-functional, inclusive - and clients!).

- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices a plus.
- Experience working with high-level stakeholders across clients in USA/UK/Australia.
- Proven ability to work in teams and intercultural environments as well as flexibility to work with team mates in different time zones.
- Since you started working, youve held the job title of either Developer, Software Developer, Lead Developer, Tech Lead, etc. Right now, you probably hold the title of Tech Lead, Senior Tech Lead, or similar equivalent.
Your Responsibilities:
As an Engineer (or Lead) on a project
- Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, Testing and Performance, monitoring.
- Work with the team to define/document software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development.
- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
- Make informed decisions quickly and take ownership of services and applications at scale.
- Uphold quality standards with regards to code and development execution. Be an example for others to follow and enable others to do the same.
- Support with developing project estimates with the inputs of your team mates
