Job Description

Qualification : BE Civil with 12-15years of experience, Minimum 5 Years' experience as a Project Manager is essential. Should have an experience in handling High rise buildings and minimum manpower of 100+

Key JOB Requirements : 

1. Shall be ready to adopt quickly to the running project and responsible for deliverables.
2. Shall be Good communicator and interact with client for all ongoing and upcoming project and its requirements.
3. Shall manage a Team of 100 Person at Site and handle the site team to meet the schedules on time
4. Shall attend the Site meetings, Communication with the internal and client on progress review, design review etc.
5. Shall be responsible for Project Costing, Billing and Payment follow ups.
6. Shall have a fair knowledge on Project Planning, Schedule preparation and monitoring, material planning, Manpower arrangement according to the site requirement, etc.
7. Shall have a good knowledge on MS Projects to do the micro scheduling.
8. Shall be responsible for Safety, QC, QS and Execution at site.
9. Shall handle the Vendors based on the communication from HO
10. Daily communication to HO for the project Progress and activities.

*NOTE: Accommodation will be provide by company, near to Site at Nanjangudu, Mysore.
