Job Description

. eNB System optimization by analyzing the performance of eNB through logs and issue identification

Understanding of Samsung eNB L2 (MAC/RLC) Scheduler algorithms for scheduler performance improvement

Analysis of logs from commercial networks using eNB logs, performance Statistics and UE logs

Analysis of eNB performance statistics and KPI to identify/narrow down the root cause of the problem

. Co-work with various teams like Algorithm design, PHY/L2/L3 Dev teams for issue resolution

. Segregate the reported problem to configuration issue / DSP SW issue / Algorithm issue (propose solution/enhancement) and provided the final root cause analysis

Guide/help Testing team to reproduce any field issue scenario in lab environment

Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Electrical or Electronics or Computer Science Engineering

Experience: 6-12 years
