Job Description

Export Assistant/ Executive- Exports/ Exports documentation Assistant

Looking for experienced candidates for Export documentation & other export related work. As a part of duty, will help Manager- Logistics in smooth process of exports & other export related work.

• Must have 2-3 years experience in Exports based companies.
• Should have knowledge of DGFT & Custom-Duty draw back.
• Must have experience in Export Documentation.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of International Market.
• Must have knowledge of shipments & export laws & regulations.
• Pre & Post Export documentation (Preparing documents for custom clearance, for bank purpose & DGFT related documents)
• Submission/ Negotiation of documents with bank
• LC & EXIM related documentation with bank.
• Coordinate with CHA & Transporters.
• Tracking Shipping status etc.
• Coordinate with third party for timely supply of finished products.
• Post export compliances Timely filing of MEIS claims.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education - 

Candidates with bachelors / masters degree in Science / Commerce. Computers proficiency, attention to details, problem-solving capabilities may apply. Candidates having knowledge in export based companies & with additional qualification in Export documentations/ Advance Certification in Logistics & Supply chain will be preferred.
