As the warehousing manager you Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. . Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.The ability to encourage and motivate co-staff. planning and organization skills. the ability to cope with problems and emergencies, and make effective decisions. numerical ability. Work experience as a warehouse manager or similar role and a minimum of a high school education.
