Job Description

Customer service executive is mainly responsible for the customer satisfaction that is, feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation or not. He is responsible for managing product, industry and customer.

His responsibility is to check out whether the staff members working under him are achieving their goals or not.

To place outbound calls to customers in line with company guidelines. Receive inbound calls ensuring incidents are logged correctly. To utilize up sell opportunities in achieving up-sell targets for the team. Resolve customer queries, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained  
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call center scripts when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
