- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with emergency locksmithing services.
- Gather and document essential details such as location, issue description, and urgency level.
- Dispatch service requests to field technicians efficiently.
- Provide updates to customers regarding service timelines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, especially when handling stressed or frustrated customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
We are a dynamic and fast-growing 24/7 call center located in Bellandur, Bengaluru, providing answering services for companies in the United States. Our primary focus is on the emergency services sector, specifically locksmithing. We assist customers with:
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Experience: 02 years (freshers are welcome).
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Additional Information:
The majority of shifts will be overnight to align with U.S. time zones.
Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts.
This is an on-site role based in Bellandur.
Transportation facilities are not currently being offered
