Skill Set & Experience profile: In- depth understanding of the Companies Act 2013 and exposure to compliances of private limited and LLP companies (in filing forms with the ROC and maintenance of statutory registers etc.) required. Should have undergone training in drafting the Board, Committee Minutes and Circular Resolutions and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Should also be conversant in MS Office and E-mail/Internet applications.
