Job Description

Position Objective:

  • Managing/Maintaining/Executing Customer Acquisition Strategies and Delivering on same.
  • Target Oriented.
  • Should be open to extensive Travelling.
  • Strong Experience in Staffing & Recruitment Business.
  • Individual Contributory Role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for Staffing & Recruitment business.
  • Candidate will be responsible for: Lead Generation, Prospecting, Client Acquisition, Negotiation, Closure, Cross Selling and Client Retention (initial 6-12 months).
  • Responsible for delivering business revenue target with the desired profit margins.
  • Responsible for maintaining and building upon existing annual revenue in designated sales territory. The primary focus of this position is to bring new business to new and existing clients.
  • Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Negotiates contractual terms and conditions and works with the Service Delivery and Recruitment team to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Present company service offerings to prospective clients, client consultation and development of proposals.
  • Strategically forecast and analyze revenue, profitability, margins, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables (initial 6-12 months). Look at Continuous Improvement with the objective to increase profitability.
  • Accountable for Cash flow, Invoicing, Receivables Management for the product group in the assigned territory (initial 6-12 months).
  • Responsible for implementation of Business Strategy Plan
  • Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Creates proposals for providing Staffing/Requirement Services, customized to prospective clients' needs.
  • Interact with clients on a routine basis and identify opportunities to fulfill.
  • Responsible for preparing & tracking a business dashboard on the key performance parameters.
  • Develop the team and ensure that they are suitably trained for higher customer delivery.
  • Design and manage rewards and recognition for the team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduation / Any PG / Diploma / Degree in HR / Marketing Preferred
  • Relevant Certification / Training

 

Professional Experience, Skills, Knowledge, and Special Expertise required:

Experience

  • Atleast 5 years of experience in Staffing Industry with experience in Permanent / Temp Staffing & Recruitment.

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Special Expertise required:

  • Sales and Marketing experience in Recruitment / Staffing Industry, Bulk Recruitment. Pre-Paid Staffing business highly preferable; or demonstrated achievement in relationship-based service industry (B2B) like BFSI, Telecom, Logistics, Hospitality, etc.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Financial Acumen
  • Knowledge of Staff Augmentation topography & potential
  • Good Negotiation, Convincing and Client Servicing Skills Excellent Account Management skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills Both Verbal and Written
