Job Description

:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies in line with organizational goals, targeting the desired market.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key target segments.
3. Plan, create, and manage engaging digital content across various platforms, including website, social media channels, blogs, and email campaigns.
4. Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience.
5. Manage and monitor social media accounts, including content creation and community engagement.
6. Implement and manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Instagram Ads, You Tube Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
7. Analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing efforts.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the Indian market.
9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Expert, preferably in the Indian market.
3. Strong knowledge of Indian digital marketing platforms, including social media, search engines, and content marketing.
4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
5. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising, and other digital marketing techniques.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
7. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in the Indian context.
