Job Description
You will be part of a team whose primary objective is to facilitate the automation of regulatory reporting processes in the EMEA region. As part of this team of diverse and supportive professionals, the main tasks are concerned with working with Finance reporting teams as well as the Technology department on automation projects covering regulatory reports.
As a Business Analyst, You will analyze legacy processes and End User Computing solutions, as well as available data transformation tools, data sources, check the availability of data in systems available, raise the issues for gaps discrepancies identified.
In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:
- Perform business analysis of existing regulatory reporting processes and solutions
- Raise/escalate data gaps and data accuracy cases
- Timely management of risks related to the projects
- Liaise with multiple departments at regional and country level
- Prepare presentations to senior stakeholders
- Perform map/gap analysis for the data set in legacy vs planned system
- Review and analyze IT automation solutions
- Participate in/monitor /analyze ongoing automation projects
The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience in financial reporting /and or financial reporting related system implementation projects
- Advanced MS Tools knowledge
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Stake holder management experience is an advantage
- University / College degree or equivalent in finance / accounting/ IT
- 5+ years of work experience in financial reporting or system implementation roles
- Project Management experience is a benefit
