• Configuring and Troubleshooting of Outlook issues.
• Trouble shooting of client OS (Windows XP/7/8)*.
• configuration of Antivirus* Outlook configuration*
• Troubleshooting Hardware related problems.
• Troubleshooting printer related issues.
• MS Office up gradation from 2007/2010 to 2013
• Providing Manual IP for Users.
• PC Assembling and Disassembling.
• Imaging Software for Easy Installation of OS Along With Applications.
• Providing Support for VC, Meetings, Training Programs.
• Desktop, Laptop,Printer Installation Support.
• Basic Network Trouble Shooting.
• Knowledge on SMTP, SMPS
• Handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution.
• Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports.
• Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Work on the service improvement programs
• Effective communication with teams.
