Job Description

Magic Billion, in association with US Partners, brings a fabulous opportunity for Hospitality Graduates/Diplomas to work and learn in US Hospitality Sector for 12/18 months. Join a year-long opportunity to work and learn in the luxurious Hotels & Resort properties in the USA as part of Housekeeping Staff on J1 Visa as a Trainee/Intern.
The Project is through Sponsor Organizations registered with US Federal Government, and in India with our Partner registered with MEA vide License No 0843/KOL/COM/1000+/8/9210/2016.

Other Details:
- Salary - Rs 12 to 16 LPA + assistance in the provision of accommodation
- Option for OT (one & a half times of the regular rate of pay for every hour)

- Working hours: 40 hrs/week, $10-$13/hour
- Candidate up to 5 yrs of experience and candidates from other departments can also apply.
a) The candidate pays Registration Fees Rs 15,000 inclusive of GST after CV selection by US partner (non-refundable).
b) After that we do CV improvement, candidate coaching, match employer, organize interviews and provide Offer Letter to the candidate then they pay Program Fees of Rs 3,10,000 inclusive of GST.Total Rs 3,25,000.
c) If the Visa is rejected on Technical Grounds, and there is no fault of candidate, then Magic Billion refunds Rs 3,00,000 to the candidates on the production of documentary evidence of Visa rejection (more fully laid down in Agreement with candidate signed after the Offer Letter).
d) This Fee is for our entire Services which includes:
a. Candidate sourcing by partners.
b. CV and candidate screening.
c. CV shortlisting and document check by US Partner.
d. Training on the enhancement of Interview performance and CV improvement. e. Finding employers, and projecting our candidates to them.
f. Employer interviews and the provision of Offer Letters.
g. To confirm compliance by J1 Host Companies (employers) of all legal and regulatory criteria laid down by the US Government for issuance of J1 Visas.
h. To confirm that the Offer Letters contain correct information on salary, perks, roles and responsibilities, and other contractual terms.
i. To provide assistance to candidates in arranging requisite documentation including but not limited to SEVIS, DS 2019, DS 7002, J1 Contracts & training Plans, J1 VISA guidance for interviews in India, and other documents).
j. To provide pre-departure briefing and orientation to candidates.
k. To support candidates in finding accommodation near their place of work in the US.
e) The following are not part of this Fee:
a. Consulate Visa Fee (approx. $160)
b. Air travel to US
c. Medical Insurance in the US (starts $45 pm).
d. Any other costs, not explicitly covered above.
