Job Description

overall 6 years of experience with minimum 4 Years of experience in SAP Project Management. Good to have experience in Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution companies in India and outside India, PMP Certification is an added plus.

Should be well versed with management of large-scale SAP implementation projects and experienced in managing at least 2 to 3 End-to-End implementations in Indian Government clients

Overall responsibility for delivery of the Statement of Work/s (SOW)/ Contractual deliverables and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Act as a primary interface to customer for all matters that can affect the baseline, schedule, and cost of the services to project.

Provide strategic and tactical recommendations in relation to technology related issues and collaborate with OEMs where required

Prepare and maintain integrated project plans and execute it to ensure completion of contractual deliverables/ phases along with customer signoffs.

Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery.

Resolve deviations (if any) from the phased project plan

Submission and sign-off of contractual deliverables in defined formats (soft/prints)

Contract management and tracking contract commitments

Maintain project communications through customers Project Leader and internal to LTI Senior Management

Provide escalation to internal / customers senior management if required

Responsible for preparation and delivery of all monthly/weekly reports as well as all invoicing relating to the service being delivered to customer

Conduct scheduled project status meetings regularly

Schedule and drive all periodic reviews, internal management meetings, Steering Committees, and audits (SMR, Process audit, OEM audits, SCOM etc.)
