Position: National Commercial Manager (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role:
- Closely monitoring the credit limits and coordinating with the sales team for appropriate dispatch to the clients & customers.
- Receivables & Risk Management involving coordinating collections, overdue control and credit limit reviews for dealers & distributors to ensure zero bad debts
- Closely monitor the credit control both pre & post-dispatch.
- Follow up with the sales team for collection.
- Coordinating with the sales team for issues related to receivables.
- Coordinating with the plant & logistic persons for documentation requirements pertaining to receivables.
- Timely reconciliation of all major customers.
- Keeping track of credit history and issuing the MIS.
- Credit Notes working on the price trends and realizations, Incentives from various products.
- Custody/collection of Security Deposit / Bank guarantees from customers.
- Assist Internal Auditors and reply of initial queries raised by them.
Requirements:
- MBA (Finance)/ CMA/ CA
- 9-15 yrs of experience in Sales Commercial
- Working knowledge of Sales Finance and Commercial Function
- Good knowledge on GST,VAT, Excise etc.
- Knowledge of SAP and sound understanding of MS Office
- Strong inter-personal relation skills
- Customer orientation
- Strong written & verbal communication
