Job Description

• Responsible for Booking and Processing of Travel Expenses on monthly basis.
• Responsible for booking Vendor Invoices on Daily basis whenever it comes to accounts and processing of Vendors Invoices related to corporate office on twice in a week.
• Responsible for Booking of Depot Expenses on Monthly Basis (Loading, Unloading, Freight charges and Depot rents).
• Responsible for Processing of Credit Card expenses of corporate office / Preparing of Foreign Travel Expenses Report.
• Responsible for Monthly Working of CTC Reimbursement and Processing the Vouchers for Corporate and Other Locations.    
• Vendor Reconciliation and Imprest Ledger Reconciliation on Monthly Basis.
• Responsible for Booking of Receipts of payment from customers.
• Preparing Monthly Report on Expenses (Depot Expenses, Freight charges, Travel expenses of field staff
