Job Description

Team Leader (Male /Female) 3 Positions: Department : Sales & Marketing. Qualification : Graduation In Any Stream/post graduate . Experience: Minimum 2years of sales in real estate or having team leading experience in the same industry. CTC:- 3.60 to 4.20 Lakhs (Negotiable-Based on candidate capability) Age:- Maximum 26-35 Years Skills Required:-

Handling the Team & Responsible for Team & Individual Targets .

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

To manage the day to day operations with a sales team and meet the given sales target and productivity.

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Should have the ability to motivate the team to achieve their targets.

As a team leader you will be the contact point for all team members,so your communication skills should be excellent.

Desired Candidate Profile.

Building and managing relationships with clients.

Understanding of the real estate market and competitive environment.

Ready to visit the Site & Client Place for Meetings or Product Presentation.

Week-off on Monday.
