Job Description: The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities in the assigned geographical area within the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves leading a team of Sales Representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
Should be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the company in a particular geographical area.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Division : Experience in GYNAE and PAEDIA segment is required.
Experience - Experienced Area Business Manager of minimum 1/2 years, handling the Gynae & Pediatric products.
Age : Upto - 40 Yrs.
Ctc : Upto 9 LPA + performance-based incentives,
