Job Location:- Work from home(Remote)
Salary:- Up to 3 LPA + PF + Insurance + Incentives + Other bonus(Fixed salary depends on the experience based)
Job Summary
Candidate will be resolving the customer queries
Job Description:-
As a customer experience executive, you will be responsible for Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, issues, and requests and maintain a strict SLA for replies
Deep dive into actual issues/concerns raised by users and liaise with internal teams to find a resolution
Be able to work across multiple channels to communicate with customers and handle queries via Calls and chats.
Job Requirements:-
Experience:- 1 Year(Minimum)
Qualification:- Graduation/Post Graduation
Age:- Below 32 Yrs Required only
Candidate must have Laptop & Internet connection.
Excellent & fluent Communication skills required (in English).
Job Details:-
Working Days:- 6
Working Hours:- 9 Hours(Included 1 hour break)
1 week off (Rotational)
Rotational shifts(Day & night)
Interview Mode:- Virtual(2 rounds) + Assignment Test
