Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruit and train a team of insurance advisors.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
3. Provide guidance and support to the team for business development.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Previous experience in sales or insurance is an advantage.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to motivate and drive a team towards success.
5. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
