About the Role: We are hiring for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources Department and perform various administrative tasks and HRs daily activities. Work on talent acquisition process and all relevant recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates with line manager and manage recruitment, administrative activities and candidate care (response, queries, updating, engagement, scheduling, and coordination). Key Responsibilities: Update the company database with the data of new employees. Publish and remove job ads on different platforms. Schedule job interviews for prospective intern candidates and serve as a point of contact as required. Assist in the onboarding process of new hires while maintaining confidentiality. Perform various administrative tasks as needed. Manage and maintain records of fixed assets. Assist in managing SIM cards. Use HRMS tools like Keka for various HR tasks. Assist with attendance management tasks. Help organize employee engagement activities. Plan and execute creative "Fun Friday" activities every week. Handle postal-related tasks and correspondence. Order gifts for employees for their anniversaries and birthdays. Perform any other tasks assigned by the team.,
