Job Description

assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with the hotel's objectives. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively. Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize future marketing efforts. Manage digital marketing channels including the hotel website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising. Create engaging content for digital platforms that reflects the RHG brand and attracts our target audience. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices to maximize online visibility and engagement. Support PR activities such as media relations, press releases, and social media outreach efforts. Assist in developing communication materials including newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials. Maintain relationships with media partners and influencers to enhance the hotel's media presence. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic marketing initiatives and pricing strategies. Coordinate and promote hotel events, special promotions, and packages. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and initiatives Uphold and promote the RHG brand values and standards in all marketing efforts.
