Job Description

    Job Title: Process Trainer
    Location: Whitefield
    Salary: 4 - 6 LPA (Salary depends on your performance in the interview and current CTC)Job Type: Full-time, 6 days working
    Shift: Day Shift

    Key Requirements:
    Fluency in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
    Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer
    Must have at least 6 months of outbound sales experience
    Preferred background in NBFC / BFSI / Banking
    Notice period: 15-20 days
    Virtual Interviews: 3 rounds of interviews
    No cab facility provided

     

    1. Sales Knowledge & Experience:

      • Deep understanding of the sales process, specifically in outbound sales (cold calling, lead generation, prospecting).
      • Familiarity with sales strategies like SPIN Selling, BANT, and others.
      • Ability to train others in handling objections, negotiating, and closing sales.
    2. Communication Skills:

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas simply.
      • Ability to motivate and influence trainees, especially in overcoming challenges in outbound sales.
      • Active listening to understand and address team members' needs.
    3. Training & Coaching:

      • Proficient in designing and delivering training programs, either in-person or virtually.
      • Ability to assess the learning needs of the sales team and tailor content to meet those needs.
      • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members for continuous improvement.
    4. Sales Tools & Technology Proficiency:

      • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
      • Knowledge of lead generation platforms, dialers, email automation tools, and prospecting technologies.
      • Ability to teach team members to effectively use these tools for optimal performance.
    5. Analytical Skills:

      • Ability to analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify gaps in performance.
      • Skilled in using data to drive decision-making and improve the training process.
    6. Time Management & Organization:

      • Expertise in managing multiple training programs simultaneously.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and keep training on track to meet company goals.
    7. Problem-Solving & Adaptability:

      • Ability to troubleshoot challenges in the sales process and provide creative solutions.
      • Flexibility in adjusting training methods or materials to cater to different learning styles.
