Hiring Alert: Business Development Manager Leading Life Insurance Company

Company: Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
Location: Kolkata, Hooghly, Howrah, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Ranchi, Bardhaman, Burdwan, Asansol, Rourkela
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales
Salary: 2 3.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving life insurance sales targets through:
Recruiting and managing a team of agents
Training and developing agents on a commission basis
Supervising agents activities and ensuring goal completion
Conducting weekly performance reviews (PRP) and updating the Sales Management System
Motivating agents through career progression programs
Encouraging the use of the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum graduate in any stream
At least 3 years of sales experience
Stable employment history with a proven track record

Skills & Attributes:
Strong networking skills and local market knowledge
Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial awareness
Target-driven and results-oriented approach
High confidence, excellent communication skills, and maturity
