Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategy:
Analyze customer interactions to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost performance within inbound care teams.
2. Sales Campaign Management:
Design, launch, and oversee targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue.
Track campaign success and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
3. Incentive Program Development:
Create and manage incentive programs to encourage team members to exceed targets.
Evaluate program effectiveness regularly and implement necessary adjustments.
4. Performance Governance:
Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company standards.
Generate detailed performance reports, identifying trends and areas needing improvement.
5. Training and Development:
Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance team sales skills.
Offer ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to improve individual and team outcomes.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
Partner with management to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales coaching or management roles, ideally in contact center settings.
Strong grasp of upsell and cross-sell strategies tailored to customer care environments.
