    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
    o Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for issues within OneTrust modules, i.e. Third-Party Risk Management, Incident Management, Consent and Preferences Management, and Privacy Rights Automation.
    o Identify and troubleshoot problems related to platform functionality, configuration settings, and integrations.
    o Record, document, and escalate issues as necessary through ticketing systems, ensuring accurate and detailed records are maintained.
    2. Platform Configuration & Optimization:
    o Manage and configure the OneTrust platform to meet organizational needs, including creating workflows, defining custom fields, and managing user permissions.
    o Work closely with IT and business teams to drive process improvements and optimize platform functionality.
    o Implement updates and enhancements to maintain optimal configuration and ensure seamless compatibility.
    3. Documentation:
    o Develop, maintain, and regularly update documentation for troubleshooting, workflows, and standard procedures.
    4. Collaboration & Communication:
    o Collaborate with Privacy, Compliance, IT, and Security teams to ensure the OneTrust platform meets business and regulatory requirements.
    o Serve as the primary liaison between OneTrust support teams and the organization for issue escalation and resolution.
    5. Monitoring & Reporting:
    o Continuously monitor the OneTrust platforms performance and usage to proactively identify and address potential issues.
    o Create reports for executive reporting, platform usage, support trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    2+ years of experience in application support, preferably with exposure to privacy, compliance, or risk management tools.
    OneTrust Certified and Proficient with the OneTrust platform (preferred) or similar governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
    Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
    Preferred Skills:
    Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, SOC 2 compliance standards.
    Understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes and how they integrate with platforms like OneTrust.
    Experience with privacy impact assessments, data mapping, and vendor risk management.
