Job Description: Senior Software Engineer - PeopleSoft Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in PeopleSoft to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates with Oracle experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft applications and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of PeopleSoft applications. Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and code reviews. Maintain and enhance existing PeopleSoft applications to improve functionality and performance. Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft and Oracle technologies and best practices. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in PeopleSoft development and support. Good knowledge of PeopleSoft tools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, and PeopleSoft Integration Broker. Experience with Oracle databases and SQL. Familiarity with web technologies and integration methods. Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Great communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or HCM modules. Knowledge of PeopleSoft upgrade processes and methodologies. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Application Workflow Engine knowledge is advantageous.,
