Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and ensure timely delivery by team to clients.
- Schedule time of delivery to the client with the teams.
- Co-ordinate, Collaborate between the teams and persons responsible to reduce ineffective time in delivery and do regular follow-ups
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing the same.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by delivery team.
- Meeting with assignment team leads in the organization to plan client strategy and timely delivery.
- Conducting business reviews and documentation management.
- Keeping track of client leads
- Ensuring timely billing and collections from the clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be polite, soft spoken and good in follow-ups
- Interpersonal skills and Communication skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada.
