To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a Manager - Operations located in Bangalore. What a typical day looks like: Participates in the review of customer contracts and engineering designs by outlining requirements and considerations. Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives. Directs the activities of engineers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area. Interacts regularly with executives, customers and outside regulatory agencies. capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services. Provides technical supplier management as related to product development and integration. The experience were looking to add to our team: Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training with minimum of 15 years of experience in managing operations (Production/Engineering/Quality) from EMS industry including broad based management and supervision. Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses. Recognizes and develops talent as a key element of executing operational business plans. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
