Minimum Qualifications or equivalent education years of working experience in HR shared services/Operations managing HR transactional processes communication skills (verbal and written) to manage employee queries and high focus on customer centricity and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward Preferred Qualifications/ Skills HR Certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently ,
