- We are at Teleperformance hiring for Credit card sales executive for American Express. American Express role that involves selling credit cards: *Job Title:* Credit Card Sales Representative *Company:* American Express *Location:* Mohali *Job Type:* Full-time *About the Role:* We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Credit Card Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Acquisition team, you will be responsible for selling American Express credit cards to new customers, primarily through outbound calls, emails, or in-person interactions. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling American Express credit cards to prospective customers. 2. Build relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Make outbound calls, send emails, or engage in in-person conversations to prospective customers. 4. Present the benefits and features of American Express credit cards, addressing customer objections and concerns. 5. Process applications, ensure accurate documentation, and follow up with customers to ensure successful onboarding. 6. Stay up-to-date on American Express products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes. 8. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer information, and sales performance. *Requirements:* 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or credit card industry. 2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales strategies. 5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Freshers can also apply *Preferred Qualifications:* 1. Knowledge of credit card industry regulations and compliance. 2.
