Responsibilities:- 1.Training Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities across the organization. 2.Curriculum Development: should have basic understanding on Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives and employee needs. Content Creation: Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses. 3.Training program design and Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions, leveraging a variety of instructional methods (e.g., classroom, virtual, blended learning) as when needed 4.Performance Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs using relevant metrics and KPIs. 5.Employee Development: Foster a learning culture by providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities. 6.Budget Management: Manage the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. 7.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external & internal leader to achieve year end goals 8.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development. 9.Six Sigma: Apply Six Sigma methodologies to improve training processes and outcomes.
