Hi, Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirements Gathering & Determine Technology Deliverables Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams. Hands on experience on Azure DevOps board to write the stories and manage them. Hands on experience on Jira for writing stories and manage them. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. 2. Integrate new systems & implement new advancement. Integrate existing/new applications, programs, customer portals & software with business operations. Thorough knowledge on REST connectors & services. Thorough knowledge on SOAP connectors & services. Thorough knowledge on JMS & Email Listeners. Thorough knowledge on Kafka integrations. 3. UI Design Hands on experience on Figma for creating UI mockups. Hands on experience on Visio or any other similar tool to create the business workflow and design. Hands on experience on Miro to create the requirement diagram. 4. Technical Support Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes. Provide technical support and training to end-users. 5. Process Improvement Evaluate existing business processes and recommend optimizations. Implement and monitor new processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Project Management Manage and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. 7. Stakeholder Communication Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
