Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Salem for a Deputy Manager - Resource. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing human resources activities, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. They will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure a productive and positive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Strong organizational and time-management abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus,
