Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for driving cultural change and fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and business objectives. Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of DEI programs and initiatives. Policy and Program Development: Create and implement policies and practices that promote DEI, including recruitment, retention, and career development programs. Partner with HR and leadership teams to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of talent management and organizational development. Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and leaders on DEI topics. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement regarding diversity and inclusion. Metrics and Reporting: Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on progress and impact of DEI programs. Advocacy and Communication: Serve as a champion and advocate for diversity and inclusion within the organization. Communicate the importance of DEI to all employees and stakeholders through various channels. Qualifications: Education: A Master's degree in HRM is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 15+years of experience in diversity and inclusion, HR, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI strategies and programs. Skills and Competencies: Skill School experience is mandatory. Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and current trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Passion for driving cultural change and fostering an inclusive work environment.,
