Test Manager Gurugram INDIA Job Family Testing / Validation Job Description (Posting). Key responsibilities: Manage client feedback during SITUAT testing; maintain feedback tracker and manage client expectations on resolution steps Coordinate with PMBuild Team prioritize client feedback to meet Go-Live criteria Coordinate with Build Team to action on client feedback, ensuring alignment on client ask, configuration work required, and release cycle timing Re-test fixes for defects raised during testing to ensure build meets client requirementsSkills: Strong organizational skills: ability to determine action items based on client feedback Attention to detail: ability to manage client feedback tracker and track next steps, actions, and target dates; ability to prioritize client asks in coordination with PM Wealth Management Technology Systems knowledge: experience working with complex wealth management platforms in a user-based testing capacity (1.) To design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for assigned software modules and features. (2.) To utilize automation tools and frameworks to increase test efficiency and coverage to perform various types of testing (functional, regression, usability, and API testing). (3.) To identify, reproduce, and document software defects according to established procedures. (4.) To proactively partner with developers to analyze, prioritize, and verify defect resolutions, while actively participating in test reviews to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing. (5.) To stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends and technologies and contribute to the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworksor libraries.
